The tools aren't the problem

Everyone's website has the same hero section. Everyone's Instagram has the same font pairing. Everyone's email has the same "as a small business owner, I know how hard it is..." opener.

That's not because Canva or ChatGPT or Squarespace are bad tools. It's because a template gives you a starting point, not a point of view — and most people stop at the starting point.

The tool builds the frame. You still have to put yourself in it.
